Workday is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead enterprise customer relationships and coordinate across Services, Sales and Product teams. You will drive value delivery, oversee service activities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across a designated group of clients in Europe.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to de-escalate issues, and a track record of managing multiple priorities while collaborating with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a people manager of Customer Success teams.
• 7+ years managing customers in complex software or SaaS environments.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the customer relationship and act as liaison between product and customers.
• Communicate Workday roadmap and its impact on customer activities.
• Develop success plans with critical factors, metrics and recommendations.
• Prioritise and resolve raised customer concerns.
• Promote two-way communication with customers and teams.
• Support adoption of Workday features and capture business needs from customers.
