Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Director to lead the Services, Telco and Media markets in France.

You will manage direct sales to net new and existing customers, shape deal strategy, and drive pipeline in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You will coach a high-performing sales team, engage C-level executives, and partner with alliances to maximize revenue while maintaining Workday's values and culture.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience as a front line or second line sales manager.
• Experience in business applications or digital transformation, preferably ERP, HCM or Corporate Finance.
• Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles and revenue attainment.

Responsibilities

• Actively coach, support, and lead a sales team around account coverage and demand generation.
• Articulate Workday’s value to C‑level executives and build relationships to close deals.
