Workday is seeking a consultant for the Success Plans team to help customers maximize value from Workday applications. You will deliver micro-consulting engagements, provide configuration guidance, and demonstrate features to customers.

As a Workday expert, you will share knowledge, identify key considerations, and highlight standard methodologies while supporting adoption and customer success. Travel may be up to 10% in Europe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• 5 years of IT implementation experience.
• 3+ years of software consulting experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.
• Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
• Communicate responses and value to customers clearly.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features.
• Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption.
