Pelico is seeking a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to architect the orchestration layer across our SaaS infrastructure. You will ensure painless installation, scalable management, and expansion across environments, working at the nexus of system design, product engineering and field operations.

You will build deployment platforms, standardize installations, and boost platform observability and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Eng roles in production environments.
• Experience building and operating cloud and on‑prem infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm and Ansible.

Responsabilités

• Build deployment platforms across Kubernetes, Docker, VM, air‑gapped and private cloud environments.
• Create a true one‑click deployment experience for enterprise customers.
• Improve platform reliability with monitoring, diagnostics and on‑call runbooks.
• Participate in production operations and on‑call rotation.
• Elevate CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows for reliability and security.
• Support GovCloud, FedRAMP readiness and regulated deployments.
• Explore AI‑powered workflows to automate infra operations.
