Pelico is seeking a Product Manager - Solutions to turn complex aerospace and manufacturing problems into AI-native, repeatable products. You will identify high-value operational problems, translate them into scalable products, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and customers to bring them to market.

The role sits at the intersection of customer discovery, product strategy, AI-first workflows, and go-to-market readiness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise B2B SaaS product management.
• Experience turning complex customer problems into product capabilities.
• Strong understanding of AI, agents, copilots, and automation in enterprise settings.

Responsabilités

• Define product strategy and success metrics for one or more product lines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Operations, Sales and customers to define capabilities and workflows.
• Translate discovery into reusable product requirements for scalable deployments.
• Shape pilots into scalable deployments and develop GTM assets with Sales.
• Anchor decisions in measurable outcomes: efficiency, risk detection, and adoption.
