Pelico is seeking a senior engineer to own and ship a platform capability end to end. You will build the substrate, runtimes, and tooling that other squads rely on, and you’ll run it as a product with clear roadmaps and adoption metrics.

You will lead by example, mentoring engineers while delivering high-leverage platform capabilities at scale from Paris HQ with hybrid work arrangements. You’ll work on AI-native substrate and integration layers that connect to real factory data and production

Qualifications

• Shipping production platform / infrastructure experience is essential.
• Strong API/SPI/abstraction design skills.
• Deep hands-on coding in modern languages and runtimes.

Responsabilités

• Build the substrate/framework, SPI, runtime, or AI tooling used by other squads.
• Run the platform capability as a product: own roadmap, contracts, adoption metrics, deprecation policy.
• Set high standards for performance, correctness, and architectural depth.
• Harvest recurring customer patterns into reusable platform capabilities.
• Lead by example, writing critical code and mentoring other engineers.
