Docebo is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer II to safeguard reliability across our critical product domains and drive scalable, resilient platforms. You will partner with engineering leaders to set standards and roadmaps that empower the AI-powered learning platform used by customers worldwide.

You will lead high-impact incident responses, build advanced observability, and mentor senior engineers while balancing speed with stability in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of SRE/DevOps/production engineering with distributed systems experience.
• Cloud infra (AWS preferred), container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Clean, high-performing code in at least one major language; automate repetitive tasks.
• Proven incident management experience and reliability programs.
• Cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and customers.

Responsabilités

• Set reliability objectives (SLIs/SLOs) and roadmaps for core services.
• Lead cross-service incident responses during outages.
• Drive adoption of reliability patterns and deployment safety.
• Elevate observability to catch issues before production.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to SRE talent development.
