Pelico is hiring a senior full-stack engineer to own one solution surface end to end. You will ship configurable workflows, using Kotlin/Java on the backend and TypeScript/React on the frontend, with an emphasis on real customer impact.

You will lead by example, drive MVP-based decision making, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver outcomes for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Track record shipping customer-facing product software end to end.
• Strong hands-on coding in backend and frontend.
• Ability to balance MVP scope with real customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Own a solution surface end-to-end from conception to delivery.
• Ship the surface with configurable workflows and AI-assisted features.
• Stay configuration-first and avoid bespoke, per-customer forks.
• Lead by example and mentor engineers on the team.
• Ensure customer impact: faster delivery, fewer shortages, better quality.
