Pelico is seeking a senior platform engineer to own a platform capability end to end and ship it as a product. You will architect SPI/framework components and collaborate with engineers across squads to deliver scalable AI-native platform capabilities.

You’ll drive adoption, set roadmaps, and mentor teammates while working from our Paris HQ with a hybrid setup that supports international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Shipping production platform / framework / infrastructure that other engineers build on.
• Hands-on coding in Kotlin/Java; TypeScript/React for experience squads.
• Strong API/SPI/abstraction-design with scale-minded judgment.

Responsabilités

• Build the substrate: author framework, SPI, runtime, or AI tooling used by squads.
• Run it as a product: own roadmap, contracts, adoption metrics, deprecation policy.
• Set the bar: write specs, run eval gates, ensure trustworthy agent-authored code.
• Harvest the field: turn patterns into platform capabilities for reusability.
• Lead by example: pair with engineers, raise craft, grow the squad.
