Pelico is seeking a lead-by-example senior platform engineer to own a platform capability end to end and ship it. You will drive architectural depth, review SPI/runtime, and lead the Platform squads in a product-centric way.

• Experience delivering platform capabilities as a product.
• Strong design sense for scalable APIs and abstractions.

Responsabilités

• Own a platform capability end to end and ship it.
• Run as a product: roadmap, contracts, adoption metrics, deprecation policy.
• Write specs, run spec-driven workflow, ensure agent-authored code trust.
• Turn recurring customer patterns into reusable platform capabilities.
