Payflows is seeking a senior platform/backend engineer to own and evolve our infrastructure for a fast-growing financial tech product. You will collaborate with product and AI teams to build reliable, observable backend systems that scale with our business needs.

You will drive automation, secure access, and cost efficiency while improving deploys, monitoring, and incident response. This role suits a pragmatic engineer who loves building trustworthy platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Python or another OOP language.

Responsabilités

• Evolve infrastructure-as-code to add a service, a queue, or a new environment.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines to ship safely and fast, dozens of times a day.
• Investigate production issues: latency spikes, failed deploys, database pressure.
• Strengthen observability with dashboards, alerts, and traces to catch issues early.
• Harden security, secrets management, and access controls.
• Tune cost and performance across the AWS footprint.
