Hager Group is seeking a Customer Data & Analytics Specialist to lead the development and governance of a robust customer data ecosystem. You will create a trusted Single Customer View and translate data into meaningful business insights to inform marketing, sales and customer experience strategies.

The role focuses on data governance, quality, and advanced analytics, including segmentation, churn prediction, and forecasting, with collaboration across Marketing, CRM, Digital, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Analytics, CRM Analytics, Data Management, or Marketing Analytics.
• Strong expertise in customer data platforms, governance and data quality.
• Proven predictive analytics: segmentation, churn, propensity, forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Own and enhance the Single Customer View across systems.
• Govern data flows and data architecture; ensure GDPR compliance.
• Develop analytics, segmentation, churn and forecasting models.
• Translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT and Product teams.
