Hager Group is seeking a Customer Data & Analytics Specialist to build and govern a robust customer data ecosystem. You will develop a trusted Single Customer View and translate data into actionable insights to drive smarter marketing, sales and experience decisions.

In this role based in Paris or Obernai, you will implement data governance standards, collaborate with Marketing, CRM, IT and Sales, and leverage AI/ML techniques to improve business performance. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Analytics, CRM Analytics, Data Management, or Marketing Analytics.
• Strong expertise in customer data platforms, data governance, data quality management, and data modelling.
• Advanced analytical and technical skills including SQL, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Eloqua, Qualtrics, and Python and/or R.
• Proven experience in predictive analytics: segmentation, churn analysis, propensity modelling, and forecasting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights through data storytelling.
• Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics to enhance customer intelligence and business performance.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of building or electrical industry would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously enhance the Single Customer View, ensuring accurate, enriched profiles across systems.
• Govern data flows and data architecture; implement monitoring and improvement plans for data integrity.
• Develop customer segmentation, churn prediction, propensity modeling, and forecasting models.
• Translate business challenges into analytical solutions; support campaigns and retention initiatives.
• Present recommendations through impactful data storytelling and visualizations; collaborate across Marketing, CRM, IT, and Sales.
