Job summary

EverAI is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to scale our CRM across onboarding, purchase and retention. You will own journeys from onboarding to reactivation, using behavioral insights to uncover where users drop off and where to convert.

You’ll run tests, personalize messages, and drive revenue at scale with cross-functional collaboration. You’ll report to the Co-founder/CMO and be empowered to rethink journeys, validate ideas, and shape the CRM playbook for a fast-growing, fully

Qualifications

• Scaled CRM with measurable revenue impact.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscription businesses.
• Ability to design segments, journeys, experiments, and reporting.
• Ability to prove what works using testing, control groups, attribution and incrementality.
• Strong cross-team collaboration in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM lifecycle strategy from onboarding to reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities within the user base using behavioral data.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offer and follow-up journeys.
• Increase token purchases and retention with smarter segmentation and timing.
• Run experiments, measure results, scale winners, and translate findings into new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and Creative to improve tools and reporting.
