Essor is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of our CRM ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, from planning and briefing to build, deployment, and performance analysis, while driving hyper-personalized customer experiences.

Formación

• 5–7 years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.
• Proven hands-on Klaviyo expertise with flows, segmentation, and integrations.
• Strong Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) and ecommerce background with growth and retention focus.
• Experience with AI-driven CRM tools, predictive analytics, or customer scoring models preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Experience with subscription platforms such as Recharge and/or Skio.

Responsabilidades

• Own full lifecycle of CRM campaigns from briefing to post-analysis.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns via email, SMS, and WhatsApp with personalization.
• Plan and align CRM calendar with business priorities.
• Build modular HTML/CSS email templates with dynamic fields.
• Ensure deliverability and data quality across sends.
• Own end-to-end Klaviyo CRM infrastructure and maintenance.
• Design event-driven lifecycle automations for renewals and win-backs.
• Manage subscription logic with Recharge and Skio.
• Integrate Klaviyo with loyalty, CDPs, and Shopify apps.
• Develop agentic AI workflows to scale CRM impact.
• Partner with offshore Philippines team to ensure delivery.
