Job summary

Salve.Inno Consulting is seeking a Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead CRM growth, monetisation and revenue across a high-volume B2C platform. You will own the customer lifecycle, driving first-purchase conversions, retention and LTV with data-driven experiments.

Reporting to the Co-founder & CMO, you’ll build automated journeys, optimise segmentation and collaborate with product, data and marketing teams in a fast-paced international environment. Fully remote from Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven CRM and lifecycle marketing experience.
• Strong track record of revenue or conversion improvements.
• Experience with subscriptions and repeat purchases.
• Hands-on B2C CRM in high-volume consumer brands.
• Ability to design segments, triggers and automated journeys.
• Strong analytics, attribution and experimentation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM performance focusing on first-purchase and LTV.
• Develop CRM initiatives to monetise acquisition and recurring revenue.
• Improve conversion from register to first paying customer.
• Drive repeat purchases and customer engagement for revenue growth.
• Define priorities and translate into actionable CRM campaigns.
• Build and optimise segments, triggers and journeys across lifecycle.
