Job summary

EverAI Limited is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take CRM to an entirely new level. You will own onboarding, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions to drive revenue at scale.

You report to the Co-founder/CMO and will build journeys, run experiments, and collaborate across Product, Data, and Creative to optimize every touchpoint. This remote role offers exceptional growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling CRM with measurable revenue impact.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscriptions; CRM drives revenue.
• Ability to create segments, journeys, experiments, and analysis.
• Proven testing with attribution and incrementality to validate results.
• Fast, owner-minded individual who can act without a fixed playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM lifecycle strategy and execution across onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities from user data to increase engagement and purchases.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers, and follow-up journeys.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention, and LTV via segmentation and timing.
• Run rapid experiments, measure impact, scale winners, and iteratively improve campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and Creative to lift tooling and reporting.
