Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition across multiple channels and scale campaigns quickly. You will work directly with the CMO to optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV, while testing new channels depending on performance and market constraints.

The role demands 4–10+ years in performance marketing, a track record of managing substantial monthly ad spend, and strong analytical and creative skills.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing large monthly paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: write briefs, analyze hooks, iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition channel ownership (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) with potential expansion based on performance.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration with growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance daily using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards; drive data-driven decisions.
• Create SOPs, playbooks, and pipelines to scale campaigns efficiently.
• Collaborate with content/product teams to launch high-converting landing pages.
