Qonto seeks a Senior CRM Manager for Central Europe, overseeing Germany as the primary market and Austria as the secondary market within a European growth-focused CRM function.

You will craft lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, retention, expansion and churn prevention, driving measurable growth and feature adoption in collaboration with local marketing, product and growth teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English with strong understanding of local business culture and regulatory environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Experience designing and managing multi-step journeys in Braze, Customer.io or HubSpot.
• Proactive by default, building relationships across marketing, product and ops.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and maintain momentum in a regional structure.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple markets.
• Use of AI to speed up campaign creation, testing and analysis.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement lifecycle communications for Germany as primary market and Austria as secondary market.
• Collaborate with German and Austrian marketing teams to develop effective CRM initiatives.
• Establish processes and cadence for CRM across Germany and Austria.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate campaign builds, testing and reporting.
• Present conversion, feature adoption and business impact to marketing and product stakeholders.
