• 5+ years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing in a fast-paced tech company.

Responsabilités

• Own the CRM strategy for Germany and Austria: define and implement lifecycle communications.
• Partner with German and Austrian marketing teams to develop CRM initiatives.
• Build the regional playbook for CRM across Germany and Austria.
• Move fast with AI to speed up campaign builds, testing, and reporting.
• Present results on conversion and feature adoption to stakeholders.
