Deel, a leading all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, seeks a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to own the full credit risk lifecycle—from acquisition to portfolio monitoring and collections. You will work across a platform that serves 150+ countries, translating complex financial signals into clear risk decisions.

You will build monitoring dashboards, collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Success, and develop AI-powered risk tooling to scale responsibly.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in credit risk, credit underwriting, credit analytics, or similar roles in fintech or lending.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, or similar); ability to manipulate large datasets and build working models.
• Analytical mindset with ability to move quickly between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools or implementing AI workflows; curious about applying AI to credit and risk problems.
• Track record of building or automating processes that scaled with the business.
• Experience working in or supporting a startup or high-growth environment is a plus

Responsabilités

• Lead credit assessments and underwriting decisions on new customers and portfolio risk, translating financial analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain monitoring models and dashboards to surface portfolio trends and inform risk management.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to balance growth with prudent risk controls.
• Develop automation and tooling, including data pipelines, scoring models, and AI-powered workflows.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities; communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
