S&P Global Ratings, a leading credit analytics division, seeks an experienced analyst to lead end-to-end credit analysis for corporate credits in Europe. You will mentor junior staff, drive governance, and embed AI-enabled workflows to improve analytical outputs.

Based in Paris, you will engage with issuer management, contribute to decision-ready briefs for rating committees, and ensure high-quality, accountable analysis across multiple credits with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of credit analysis experience.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work across multiple credits with limited oversight.
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
• Credit, financial, and risk analysis linking business drivers to forward-looking risk views.
• Experience embedding generative AI or LLM tools into professional workflows.
• Proficiency in analytical and spreadsheet tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to governance and responsible use of AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Guide and coach junior analysts and research staff to reinforce credit analysis capability.
• Lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned corporate credits with clear accountability.
• Synthesize portfolio performance, market signals, and peer context for decision-ready insights.
• Engage issuer management and external stakeholders, translating complex content into clear narratives.
• Prepare committee materials and act as a spokesperson when required.
• Apply methodology and data governance, escalating issues early to protect analytical integrity.
• Contribute to automation and AI-enabled workflow design and testing with clear human oversight.
