S&P Global Ratings, a leading credit ratings firm, is seeking an experienced analyst to lead end-to-end credit analysis for european corporates. You will coach junior staff, drive automation initiatives, and ensure governance and high-quality outputs while integrating AI into analytical workflows.

The role focuses on delivering decision-ready insights, engaging with senior stakeholders, and collaborating across a European team based in Paris, London, Madrid and more.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in credit analysis.
• Ability to coach junior colleagues through shared analytical standards and tools.
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated credit, financial, and risk analysis capabilities.
• Experience embedding generative AI or large language model tools in workflows.
• Proficiency in analytical and spreadsheet tools; willingness to learn data platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; concise narratives for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coach junior analysts and build capability in credit analysis and tooling.
• Lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned credits.
• Synthesize portfolio performance, market signals and peer context for decision-ready insights.
• Engage with issuer management and stakeholders; prepare committee materials.
• Apply governance and data confidentiality; design AI-enabled workflows with safeguards.
