Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We are seeking an experienced operations leader to drive one of our largest client migration programs and to develop better tools and processes across the migration team.

You will own the Deel Local Payroll migration program, track progress, and escalate issues to leadership with clear asks. Approximately 30% of time on special projects including AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in Tech/FinTech start-ups.
• Ability to leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational workflows and processes.
• Experience working directly with product and engineering teams to identify gaps and prioritize solutions.
• Experience with data mapping and reconciliation across systems.
• KPI-driven with experience tracking and improving performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operational workflows and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve accuracy and speed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline tools and processes for internal teams and customers.
• Ensure adherence to operational controls, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and elevate risks or gaps to leadership.
• Coordinate operational readiness for new product or market launches, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track and report operational outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
