Deel, the leading global payroll and HR platform, is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own full-funnel demand across non-paid channels. You will partner with Sales, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and regional teams to set quarterly targets, align KPIs, and build a world-class AI-powered demand engine that scales pipeline growth across markets.

• 6+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns (SaaS/tech preferred).
• Proven track record delivering pipeline and revenue at scale.
