Qualifikationen

• PhD in Biomedical Sciences or a related field is required.
• 8-10 years related work experience.
• 4-6 years of Business Development with deal-making experience.
• Strong relationship-building with academia and industry.
• Well-connected with biopharma scientists and BD professionals.
• Postdoctoral experience or prior industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of oncology, metabolic, cardiovascular, neurology, inflammatory and infectious diseases.
• Strong writing and presentation skills; proficient in PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in AI tools, Airtable and Microsoft applications.

Aufgaben

• Lead external outreach to biopharmaceutical companies to secure research alliances.
• Identify strategic contacts and represent BIDLM at key venues and events.
• Support Harvard Faculty PIs with market intelligence and pitch refinement.
• Develop and maintain the office relational database of investigators and targets.
• Coordinate industry-sponsored mini-symposia and hub showcases.
• Negotiate CDAs and assist in sponsored research agreement negotiations.
