Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise workforce strategies for priority allied-health occupations across the system.
• Analyze demand, vacancy trends, retirement risk, labor-market supply, and education-program capacity.
• Establish criteria for prioritizing occupations and investments; develop business cases and a portfolio of solutions.
• Lead allied-health student placement strategy and partnerships with colleges, universities, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with executives and HR to ensure an integrated portfolio and governance.
