• Requires senior-level healthcare finance leadership experience.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic executive recommendations.
• Experience with enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise financial planning activities including budgets, long-range plans, rolling forecasts, and strategic modeling.
• Provide executive leadership with timely financial performance analysis and risk assessment.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting for performance management.
• Prepare Board materials and strategic financial narratives for governance discussions.
• Lead service line profitability analysis and capital planning initiatives.
• Partner with Treasury on capital allocation, liquidity planning, and balance sheet optimization.
