You will manage billing processes, credit control, and invoice resolution while partnering with Sales, CS, and Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in billing, strong accounting knowledge, fluent English, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in billing and invoicing processes.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead billing and invoicing processes for the client portfolio.
• Ensure billing aligns with contracts and accounting rules; support Cash collection.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Finance to resolve billing disputes.
• Manage order forms, contracts, and POs follow-up and invoicing.
• Continuously improve billing processes and tools with KPI dashboards.
