Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Sales Admin role with focus on billing.
• Expertise in billing and invoicing processes across multiple customers.
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge; English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Explain Brevo's billing model and respond to contractual questions.
• Support sales in resolving billing disputes and flag errors.
• Manage Orders, contracts, and POs follow-up; credit notes and invoices.
• Monitor cash collection and assist monthly revenue close.
• Continuously improve billing processes and tools.
