Brevo is hiring a Customer Experience Representative focused on German-speaking clients. You will manage emails and calls, resolve questions, and work with the tech team to improve the product and address issues.

You’ll need a customer-centric mindset, a track record in retention, and familiarity with email marketing within a SaaS environment. The role offers a remote-friendly, hybrid setup with on-site elements in Paris.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (mandatory).
• Customer-focused and retention-oriented.
• Experience in Customer Success, Customer Service or Customer Support.
• Familiarity with email marketing is a plus.
• SaaS experience is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fun, relaxed office culture.
• First experience in customer management focused on retention.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve daily client tickets via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that clients’ questions and problems are addressed properly and in a timely manner.
• Handle challenging customers and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Report, analyze and resolve system and operational issues that impact clients.
• Grow client relations and work closely with the tech team to identify bugs.
• Work independently to master emailing best practices and our platform tools.
• Develop a solid understanding of technical aspects related to email marketing and Brevo API.
