Job summary

Lime in Paris is seeking a Senior Lead, Proposal Management and Writing to lead end-to-end bid management across EMEA, coordinating with Government Affairs, Operations, and other units.

You will write clear, compelling content for RFPs and related processes, develop themes and messaging, analyze documents, and drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

This remote role prefers candidates in markets Lime operates; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content writing and project management.
• Experience reading and analyzing bid documents and regulations.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to resonate with diverse audiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills and process orientation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and time-zone coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid management from kickoff to submission.
• Write clear, compelling content for RFPs and related processes.
• Develop key themes, narrative, and messaging for proposals.
• Analyze proposal packages to identify priorities and criteria.
• Gather insights via partnerships with operations, policy, and cross-functional teams.
• Build and reuse best practices and content libraries.
• Travel to markets for pre-tender workshops and planning.
