Description du poste

Business Development Manager, Lime – Paris (FRA)

Lime is the largest global shared micromobility business, operating in close to 30 countries across five continents. We’re on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. Our electric bikes and scooters have powered more than one billion rides in cities around the world. Named a 2025 Time 100 Most Influential Company, Lime continues to set the pace for shared micromobility globally, spurring a new generation of clean alternatives to car ownership.

Lime is looking for a Business Development Manager to support Lime’s growth and operational scaling across the Americas through a mix of commercial execution, strategic planning, and analytical problem-solving. This role focuses on driving internal workstreams that unlock launches, improve commercial processes, and evaluate new growth opportunities—working closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Product/Engineering, Operations, Insurance, CX) to deliver measurable outcomes.

This role ensures contracts and commercial initiatives move quickly and accurately through approvals and handoffs, enabling smooth launches through clear readiness requirements and strong cross-team coordination. By developing high-quality business cases, it helps prioritize, pilot, and scale the right initiatives for Lime. This role will have a key focus on clarity, structure, analytical rigor, and consistent execution.

This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates residing in London or Paris to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
