Tata Consultancy Services in France seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to expand our BFSI portfolio and win strategic, large-scale deals. You will lead sales strategy, shape opportunities, and collaborate with delivery teams to close complex engagements.

The role requires deep BFSI knowledge, a CIO-level network, fluent English and French, and a track record of offshore services sales. After a successful period, growth toward sales management is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in sales of services and solutions.
• Deep understanding of the French BFSI ecosystem and CIO-level networks.
• Proven ability to identify deals and shape opportunities.
• Ability to define and execute a sales strategy.
• Experience in offshore solutions/services sales.
• Proficiency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• The elaboration and execution of the sales strategy and sales action plans within a set of accounts in the sector.
• Directly in charge of one perimeter within the sector; accountable for developing business, shaping opportunities and driving large, strategic deals with presales & delivery support.
• Develop external and internal networks by leveraging key stakeholders.
• After an initial period, evolve towards a sales management role.
