WuXi AppTec’s STA Pharmaceutical unit seeks a proactive Business Development professional to grow the TIDES Discovery CDMO business in Europe. You will work with US and EU teams to pursue new leads, manage key accounts, and support marketing with outreach and webinars.

The role requires an advanced degree in chemistry or related science, with 1+ year in drug development or CRO/CMO; PhD preferred. Travel up to 35% and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in chemistry or related science is required.
• PhD is preferred.
• Experience with CRM software, especially Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Prospect oligonucleotide and peptide clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships to generate revenue and support TIDES Discovery BD in Europe.
• Coordinate with U.S. and Europe BD teams and internal stakeholders.
• Attend conferences/meetings to present WuXi TIDES Discovery services.
• Qualify leads and assist with RFQ/RFP responses.
• Maintain CRM records and track pre-screened/qualified leads.
