Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme in Paris is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (M/F/D) specializing in Automation, Analytics & AI to drive country-level clinical operations improvements. The role partners with CRD, regional teams and IT to design, deliver automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions, translating business needs into scalable tools while ensuring ICH GCP compliance and measurable KPIs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, digital transformation, or technology-driven projects within life sciences.
• Proven track record of delivering automation, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable business improvements.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Exposure to international or regional projects is an advantage.
• Understanding of clinical trial operations, healthcare regulations, and data privacy requirements is preferred.
• Strong business analysis and process mapping capabilities.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) and basic data querying knowledge.
• Familiarity with automation technologies, AI/ML applications, and digital solutions.
• Solid project management skills with experience working in Agile and/or Lean environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English required.
