European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for the Netherlands and Benelux. You will drive B2C/B2B2C marketing, partner programmes with banks and ecosystem partners, and align multiple stakeholders to accelerate Wero adoption across the region.

You will operate in a remote-first, multicultural environment, collaborating with teams across Europe and reporting to the Marketing Team. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, French a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2C and B2B2C marketing, partner marketing, communications or related commercial marketing roles.
• Strong experience developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, partnerships and communication programmes.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (CEFR C1/C2); French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and orchestrate B2C and B2B2C marketing and partner marketing across the Netherlands and Benelux, ensuring consistency across all stakeholders.
• Develop and execute partner marketing programmes with banks, PSPs, merchants and ecosystem partners.
• Build strong relationships with the payments ecosystem and align stakeholders for joint initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, activations, content and communications for B2C audiences.
• Brief and coordinate creative, media and agency partners for high-quality execution.
• Monitor market trends and stakeholder sentiment to inform strategic decisions.
• Present plans and mobilise stakeholders around growth initiatives for Wero in the region.
