European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a B2B Partner Operations Specialist to be a trusted operational partner to member banks and payment partners. You will ensure timely, high-quality support and contribute to improving our products and support experience.

This remote-first role offers quarterly in-person meetups, cross-functional collaboration, and a chance to help Europe’s digital payments evolve.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a B2B partner support, or client-facing operations role in fintech/payments/tech.
• Strong written and verbal English; collaborative mindset; additional European languages a plus.
• Experience building relationships with external partners such as banks/PSPs, with regular check-ins and reviews.
• Comfort presenting data, SLO performance, and operational insights to internal and external audiences.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary relationship contact for member banks, PSPs, and other B2B partners; maintain long-term relationships.
• Own and manage support cases via Jira Service Desk; ensure timely follow-up and resolution; identify recurring themes.
• Perform regular analyses on support data and incident trends; present KPI reporting to stakeholders and partner audiences.
• Lead incidents communications with member banks; coordinate advisory conversations for service improvements and implementations.
• Escalate critical issues; collaborate with internal teams to resolve Major Incidents and keep banks informed.
• Collaborate with second- and third-line teams to improve product functionality and customer experience.
• Support onboarding of member banks; manage access rights per RBAC; ensure secure experience.
• Keep internal knowledge base up to date with lessons learned and best practices.
