European Payments Initiative (EPI) seeks a Partner Integration Engineer to bridge internal engineering teams and external partners. You will facilitate seamless technical integrations with our Wero digital wallet across online, in-store and cross-border payments, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

You’ll join a Pan-European Product and Engineering team in a remote-first setup, collaborating with colleagues in Germany, France, the Netherlands, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years collaborating with software engineers and understanding modern architectures.
• Experience blending technical and product expertise with partner engagement.
• Fluent in English (CEFR C1/C2); other European languages a plus.
• Thrives in a remote-first, multicultural environment.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and product consulting to members during integration with the EPI platform.
• Embed with the engineering team to understand EPI’s platform and contribute to enhancements.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, offering technical insight to partners.
• Share partner feedback with the internal team to improve products and processes.
