European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a Product Operations Manager to connect Product, Engineering & Experience across the Wero initiative. You’ll design scalable operating models, govern processes, and enable hundreds of initiatives to move efficiently across the organisation.

Based in a remote-first, EU-wide setup, you’ll work with CPTO and leadership, building KPI dashboards, knowledge management, and cross-functional governance while coordinating with Directors, Engineers, and

Qualifications

• Designing and improving operating models, governance frameworks, and processes.
• Strong KPIs, operational reporting, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Knowledge management systems, documentation frameworks, and Confluence governance.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking or other regulated industries.
• 5+ years in Product Operations, PMO, or similar operational excellence roles in tech-driven org.

Responsabilités

• Design and improve the operating model for Product, Engineering and Design to enable scalable collaboration.
• Define and optimize governance, planning and SDLC processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement across PEX.
• Establish an operational KPI framework for visibility into performance.
• Build dashboards and insights to support data-driven decision making by leadership.
• Create scalable knowledge management with Confluence governance and templates.
• Support strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives for CPTO and PEX leadership.
• Drive organizational alignment across multiple teams in a fast-growing environment.
