European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape Wero's identity and payments experience across Europe. You will work with Product, Engineering, Research and Content Design in a remote-first environment to deliver accessible, secure interfaces.

Join a European team backed by major banks to build a new digital wallet that simplifies payments online, in-store, and across borders; you will drive design decisions, maintain design artifacts, and advocate for AA

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Product Designer in a product-led environment.
• Strong end-to-end product design with advanced UI skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Balance craft, speed, and pragmatism in a real-world product environment.
• Maintain clear, well-structured design artifacts and documentation.
• Experience translating regulatory and trust-based requirements into intuitive designs.
• AA accessibility standard experience; payments/fintech exposure is a plus.
• Qualitative and quantitative research capabilities.
• Ability to use insights and data to inform design decisions.
• Ownership mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management in distributed teams.

Responsabilités

• Conceive, design, and deliver implementable UI flows for payments and identity experiences.
• Present and defend product design recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Act as a central contact for the EUDI identity experience with UX and Product partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex requirements into usable interfaces.
• Nurture collaborative relationships with EPI colleagues and partner teams.
• Contribute to inclusive and accessible design practices across solutions.
