Job summary

Sterling Technology, a TransPerfect subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to grow the banking advisory, legal and corporate clients in Paris and across France. The role is highly client-facing, with in-office presentations and events, requiring strong relationship-building and a strategic sales mindset.

Based out of Paris, you will travel within France to meet clients, present Sterling's VDR services, manage accounts, close deals, and coordinate with production teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage expectations.
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within France, based in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Create effective approaches to drive new revenue and close new business.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of Sterling's services, benefits and competitive advantages.
• Identify prospective leads; develop new client relationships via cold calling, internet research, networking events, and direct marketing.
• Promote Sterling by educating clients on the company's various services.
• Present Sterling via one-on-one, group, online and in-person meetings.
• Provide customer support and manage client expectations.
• Quote, manage, and bill projects daily, coordinating with clients and production teams to ensure these run smoothly and profitably.
• Communicate professionally at all levels of seniority.
• Based out of Paris, with travel required within France as needed.
