Job summary

TransPerfect in France is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business across corporate accounts, selling the full portfolio from translations to creative production. You will target CMOs and procurement directors, build tailored pitches, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, collaborating with Solutions, Operations, and The Mill teams.

The role combines B2B sales discipline with curiosity about language services, AI-enabled workflows, and luxury brand

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in new business development.
• Experience selling multi-service solutions to corporate clients across creative, digital, marketing, SaaS/tech, or professional services.
• Proven ability to close six-figure deals and navigate long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of net new business across the French and European corporate market.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers — CMOs, Heads of Communication, Procurement Directors, Creative Directors, and Heads of Production.
• Develop tailored pitches and proposals drawing on TransPerfect's full service portfolio, including creative capabilities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including RFP/RFI responses, negotiation, and contract finalisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions, Operations, The Mill) to design client-specific solutions.
• Represent TransPerfect at industry events and contribute to market intelligence.
