Job summary

TheSoul Group is seeking a GTM Principal (EMEA) to own market strategy and drive end-to-end engagements from first conversation to signed contract. You will manage CEO relationships, run demos, negotiate, and collaborate with deployment leads to ensure renewal and expansion across Europe and beyond.

We value hands-on AI experience, the ability to guide clients using real-time data, and a track record of closing six-figure deals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a commercial career.
• Full-cycle closing: six-figure deals from cold start to signature.
• Advisory presence: own CEO relationships and continued engagement.
• Hands-on AI: demonstrate workflows with real LLM tools and agents.
• Self-sourced pipeline: show where deals originated.

Responsibilities

• Own a market and decide how to open it; start with a self-generated conversation.
• Lead the first meeting and demo; articulate architecture, data, and security questions.
• Close deals through offers, negotiations, and contracts; coordinate with deployment team.
• Advise the CEO post go-live; turn platform insights into actionable decisions.
• Own renewal and expansion; drive consultative selling on live data.
• Document learnings to accelerate future deals.
