Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to help build the core platform from the ground up. You will design data models and context graphs, develop LLM-powered agents, and implement robust data pipelines to enable AI reasoning over complex information.

This hands-on role offers ownership of architecture and product development, with collaboration across backend, frontend and cloud infrastructure, and close work with the CTO to shape engineering practices.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science is required.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong full-stack software engineering background.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, or AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Design data models and context graphs connecting factory processes, products and machinery.
• Develop AI agents and LLM-powered applications for industrial knowledge.
• Build pipelines to convert videos, documents and machine data into structured information.
• Develop retrieval systems to support AI applications.
• Maintain production software across backend, frontend and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the CTO on architecture and engineering practices.
