London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a hands-on AI Product Co-Developer to shape production-grade agentic AI systems in a hybrid Paris-based role. You will define what to build and actively build it, spanning discovery through deployment across data-intensive environments.

You will drive end-to-end responsibilities, from requirements to implementation, while collaborating with governance and stakeholder teams to ensure responsible, scalable AI outcomes.

Competenze

• 7+ years experience spanning software or ML engineering and product development.
• Hands-on with LLMs/agentic frameworks; shipped products preferred.
• Production knowledge: tool use, orchestration patterns, latency and cost.
• Ability to write clear product requirements and review specs.
• Experience evaluating AI outputs; define acceptance criteria.
• Solid Python skills; familiarity with APIs and data pipelines.
• Experience with real-time data systems; latency and cost trade-offs.
• Familiarity with responsible AI in regulated environments.
• Translate decisions for engineers and client audiences.
• Exposure to AI partner platforms is a plus.
• Education in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the full AI product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, development, testing, deployment.
• Design, build, and iterate on LLM-powered agentic workflows for complex use cases.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and agent configurations.
• Define and monitor product performance metrics for AI outputs in production.
• Manage post-launch lifecycle: track performance and gather user feedback.
• Collaborate with governance to ensure quality, compliance, interoperability.
• Stay updated on evolving AI landscape and translate developments into opportunities.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support delivery.
• Support demos and presentations of prototypes and new capabilities.
• Build expertise in AI product design across teams.
