Viridien seeks a versatile Senior Machine Learning Engineer with data engineering instincts to drive production-grade AI systems across the lifecycle.

You'll collaborate with a global AI team, deploy and fine-tune LLMs, build data pipelines, orchestrate multi-model workflows, and mentor junior engineers while delivering real-world AI solutions for complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of LLM/VLM architectures and post-training methods (fine-tuning, RL).

• Build and own data pipelines for ingestion, transformation and labeling.
• Architect and orchestrate multi-model agentic workflows and production integration.
