4flow is seeking a senior AI/ML Architect to lead the architectural vision for AI and machine learning across distributed teams in Europe and India. You will design scalable, secure AI systems that respect data sovereignty and privacy, and shape product direction through clear storytelling to management.

You will mentor engineers, champion best practices, evaluate AI tools and frameworks, and stay ahead of emerging trends to drive innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in system design and architecture with ≥4 years in AI/ML architecture.
• Experience building scalable AI frameworks and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of ML/DL and LLMOps practices.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks; familiar with Hugging Face.

Responsabilités

• Lead the architectural vision and strategic direction for AI/ML systems across distributed teams in India and Europe.
• Architect unified, scalable, secure AI systems respecting data sovereignty and regional privacy rules.
• Influence product direction via clear presentations to management and stakeholders.
