Givaudan is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the Personal Care business across Western and Eastern Europe. You will lead commercial strategy, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth.

You will build lasting customer partnerships, lead negotiations, and ensure successful delivery of fragrance solutions aligned with both customer and company objectives. A strong track record in sales and account management is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Over 10 years professional experience with 6+ years in sales/account management or related commercial function.
• Proven track record managing strategic customer relationships and complex environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with account planning and growth initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Drive profitable growth for Personal Care portfolio in Western and Eastern Europe.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders across Fragrance Mgmt, R&D, Procurement, Marketing.
• Develop and execute strategic account and category plans to achieve objectives.
• Lead customer projects from brief to launch with strong project management.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while protecting existing base.
• Manage pricing strategies to support long-term growth.
• Collaborate with global/regional teams to leverage technologies and capabilities.
• Analyze customer strategies, market dynamics, and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources including Perfumery, Marketing, Consumer Research, Applications, Technology, and Creative Fragrance Management.
