We are looking for a Senior Development Engineer to join our Fragrance & Beauty team, in S&T Delivery Systems department. In this role, you will lead technical development and industrialization initiatives supporting innovative fragrance and beauty solutions across development, manufacturing and operations.

You will collaborate closely with Creation, R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to optimize processes, support scale‑up activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with safety, quality, sustainability, and operational excellence objectives.

Profile

• Degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

• Collaborative and innovation-oriented mindset
